1/2 " piece of ginger (adrak)
3 to 4 drops of lemon juice
a small piece of jaggery (gur)
  1. Grate the ginger and extract its juice.
  2. Add lime juice and jaggery.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve during meals for patients with loss of appettite.
  5. To be eaten little by little.
