A lusciously creamy smoothie featuring an attractive blend of blackberries, banana and curd laced with honey, this is an awesome way to harness the benefits of blackberries for your well-being.
It has a fancy colour, fruity aroma and fabulous taste, which make it a favourite with everyone. You can have this Blackberry Banana Smoothie fresh, or store it in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours if you are having it later.
Blackberries are a fairly good source of iron and vitamin C . Its antioxidant properties help reduce the risk of various degenerative conditions and diseases like cancer .
Due to its antibacterial properties, it also helps to cleanse the blood. What a lot of goodness in a tasty little berry – indeed, it is something we must make the most of!
