I think it needs a little tamarind or may be some viniger With Chinese menu it goes very well for the Indian palate

Tarla Dalal Hi Madhulika, Chinese Bhel has a sweet and spicy taste, so we have used tomato ketchup and schezuan sauce for it. Vinegar or tamrind will make it sour so we have not used it in the recipe. Though if you wish to add some tanginess to it, you can add little lemon juice or vinegar. I often make this for my family, it is not only easy, quick but also super tasty. The crunch of the noodles is what makes this Chinese Bhel a super hit so would advice all to serve it immediately.
