can pandolis be made in idli stand? or in a steel mesh instead of idli stand with muslin cloth on it

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Ruchi You can use a steel mesh to make the pandolis, but you will have to use the muslin cloth, and then put the batter on it.. at regular intervals. and steam.. or else the batter will drain down..
