Ingredients

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add enough water to make soft, loose dough. Divide it into 6 equal parts and set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.
  3. Spread a layer of the dough to form a pancake of 4 mm (1/8") thickness.
  4. Cook on both sides till golden brown, using a little oil.
  5. Repeat to make 3 more thalipeeth.
  6. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
