  1. To make veg lollipop, in a small bowl add plain flour, corn flour, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk well and keep aside.
  2. In another big bowl add potatoes, capsicum, carrot, onions, french beans, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, chilli flakes, oregano, chaat masala, coriander, breadcrumbs, pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Mix well to form a mixture.
  4. Divide into 10 equal portions, insert a ice cream stick in the center and shape into lollipop.
  5. Repeat step 4 to make remaining 9 lollipops.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry 2 or 3 lollipops at a time till golden brown and crisp.
  7. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  8. Serve the veg lollipop hot with tomato ketchup.
