This chunky stir-fry of calcium-rich ingredients like broccoli and paneer, is seasoned with chilli sauce, peanuts and til for a striking flavour!

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan add the capsicum and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the broccoli, baby corn and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the paneer, chilli sauce, sesame seeds, peanuts and salt, toss gently and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
