- 2 tbsp finely chopped chopped shallots

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard paste
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Method
- Combine the white wine vinegar, mustard paste, pepper, shallots and sea salt in a deep bowl, gradually add the olive oil, while whisking it continuously.
- Use as required.

Shallot and white vinegar dressing.. strong taste of the onion.. which i just loved it.. this is a must try dressing..
