1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chilled full-fat milk
2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 cups ice-cubes
1/2 cup sea salt
  1. Combine the ice cubes and sea salt in a medium sized ziploc bag and shake it lightly.
  2. Combine the full-fat milk, vanilla essence and powdered sugar in another medium sized ziploc bag and mix it well using a spoon. Seal it tightly, removing all the excess air.
  3. Now place the milk ziploc bag inside the ice cube ziploc bag and seal it tightly.
  4. Shake the bag vigorously with a help of a hand towel for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Scoop and serve immediately.
