Insufficient iron leads to decreased supply of blood to the eyes thus making the vision defective. So, in more ways than one, feasting on leafy green veggies will help improve your eyesight. If you do not enjoy eating raw vegetables, try disguising them in soups, salads, rotis etc. Consume at least two to three servings of leafy vegetables daily.
