Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon rind
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill leaves
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard paste
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Method
- Combine the lemon juice, lemon rind, whole grain mustard paste, sugar and salt in a deep bowl and whisk well.
- Add the vegetable oil and olive oil gradually to the mixture while whisking it continuously using a whisk.
- Add the dill leaves and mix well.
- Use as required.

CB - lovely dressing! I used Coleman''s English mustard, but it tasted nice. Might have been tastier with coarse mustard!

easy and quick dressing recipe and goes well with any combination of salad made if you have dressing ready in your fridge toss a salad to go for lunch-you will find it very easy
