3 cups grated raw papaya
1 quatered and sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup chawli (cow pea, lobhia) , finely sliced
3 to 4 crushed green chillies
1/2 cup roasted peanuts crushed
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp tamarind (imli) pulp
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
