My grandmother used to make something called chutney podi by dry roasting curry leaves then added to coconut tamarind and sugar? Would love to hear if anyone can help with this one? It was dry and went well with rice

It is such a quick recipe.. It tastes super with all the south indian dishes.. This powder chutney also tastes good with upmas.. My family and kids loved it..! Thanks for this quick and tasty recipe.. :) :)

Curry leaves with dry kopra and daria dal imparts a wonderful flavor, sesame seeds, tamrind pulp and red chillies enhance it.......great as an accompaniment with dhoklas also.
