Ingredients


For Coffee Frappe
1 tsp coffee powder mixed with 1/4 cup water
1 cup chilled full- fat milk
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
5 to 6 ice-cubes

For Garnish
1/2 cup beaten whipped cream
1 tbsp chocolate sauce

Method

For coffee frappe
  1. To make {span class="bold1"}coffee frappe{/span}, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well till smooth and frothy.
  2. Garnish the glass with chocolate sauce and pour 2 equal quantities into two glasses.
  3. Top it up with whipped cream.
  4. Serve {span class="bold1"}coffee frappe{/span} immediately.
