Main Recipe
- 6 whole dry Kashmiri red chilli , broken
- 2 fresh fresh red chilli or
- 1 stalk of lemongrass (hare chai ki patti)
- 1/2 tbsp sliced ginger (adrak)
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped onion
- salt to taste
Method
- Soak the dried chillies in a little water for 30 minutes. Then boil for 1 minute.
- Grind all the ingredients together in a mixer till smooth.
- Use as required.
