Chickoo and Nut Milkshake, here’s a protein booster, a smashing combination of ingredients that tastes amazingly great! The kids need a constant supply of energy to be active throughout the day. This energy drink contains chickoo, milk, cashewnuts and walnuts. Chickoo provides a shot of carbohydrates (glucose) to brain cells whereas milk contributes to calcium and walnuts provide protein and omega-3 fatty acids which are required for the good health and maintenance of brain cells.
Recipe Description for Chickoo and Nut Milkshake
- Combine the milk, chickoo, cashewnuts and sugar in a juicer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 5 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately garnished with ½ tbsp of walnuts in each glass.
