Chickoo Choco Soya Milkshake, here’s a protein booster, a smashing combination of ingredients that tastes amazingly great! The kids need a constant supply of energy to be active throughout the day. This energy drink contains chickoo, soyamilk, cashewnuts and walnuts. Chickoo provides a shot of carbohydrates (glucose) to brain cells whereas soya milk and walnuts provide protein and omega-3 fatty acids which are required for the good health and maintenance of brain cells.

  

Recipe Description for Chickoo and Nut Milkshake

Ingredients

2 cups chickoo cubes
2 tbsp chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
3 cups milk
2 tbsp sugar

For The Garnish
2 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)

Method
  1. Combine the milk, chickoo, cashewnuts and sugar in a juicer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 5 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with ½ tbsp of walnuts in each glass.
