Cook on both the sides, using 1/8 tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Serve immediately.

I appreciate your complete analysis of Thalipeeth. Nutritional values are too balanced. I couldn''t find portion of Thalipeeth in terms of gramage.
