Peach is a very pleasant fruit. Everything about it – the soft texture, the mild taste and the soothing scent – is very appealing.
Here is an easy and tasty Peach Sauce for Desserts and Ice-Creams, which is made with canned peaches and lemon juice. You can use it to jazz up ice-creams like the Quick Vanilla Ice- Cream , and other desserts like Mousses and Tarts as well.

- Combine the peaches, lemon juice and 2 tbsp water in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
- Transfer the mixture in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Cool completely and use as required.
