What better way to end a day than with a cup of steaming hot Masala Milk had in the company of loving people, echoing with zesty chatter about the day gone by. Steaming hot milk is flavoured with a milk masala powder, sweetened optimally and laced with saffron, a magical spice that has the powder to add a royal touch to any dish it is added to. Make sure you serve this immediately to enjoy it.
- Re-heat the milk in a saucepan, add the milk masala powder, sugar and saffron, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Pour equal quantities of the milk into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
