This recipe shows you how to make a basic crostini. You can enhance it in any way, with toppings of your choice. It is best enjoyed with a cup of hot soup .
- Place the french bread slices on a greased baking tray and apply a little olive oil on each bread slice and sprinkle little salt and pepper evenly over them.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 200°c(400°f) for 10 minutes or till they turn light brown.
- Serve immediately.
