The eggs are cooked whole, then the shell is removed, the eggs are halved and served with a simple seasoning of salt and pepper.

  1. Combine enough water and eggs in a saucepan, put it to heat, once the water starts boiling, cook on medium flame for 8 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and allow the eggs to cool slightly and crack the eggs to remove the shell.
  3. Cut each egg vertically into two equal portions.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over it and serve immediately.

Hard boiled eggs.. these are perfect for break fast.. and this recipe being very accurate with the timings.. it has helped me a lot.. Thanks for the recipe..
