oil for deep-frying
  1. Cut the bread slices into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, deep-fry a few bread pieces till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container and use as required.

Simply crispy and perfect.. takes time to fry.. but this is just crispy.. and holds the crispiness.. for a while in the soup.. I have made this a more quantity and stored it for my next use..
