A perfect tea-time snack, these Capsicum Rings are made by deep-frying capsicum rings coated with a plain flour batter that is aptly perked up with black pepper.
A sprinkling of chaat masala gives these Jain -friendly crispies a truly snazzy flavour that tickles your taste buds.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, dip a few capsicum rings in the batter and drop them in hot oil and deep-fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle little chaat masala evenly over them and serve immediately.
