Corn – one of the most versatile of ingredients, with a universal appeal – proves its mettle once again in this lip-smacking Baby Corn Hara Masala.

An extremely quick and simple cooking procedure of sautéing baby corn with a spicy and herby hara masala transforms the mildly-flavoured vegetable into a tongue-tickling delight that you can serve either as a starter or as an accompaniment to the Main Course . Just make sure you serve it hot, to engage its full flavour.
