Method

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the baby corn and broccoli along with 2 tablespoons of water and microwave on high for 1 minute. Keep aside.
  2. In another microwave safe bowl add the butter, onions and garlic, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add the tomatoes, plain flour and the spice powder, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Add the milk, baby corn, broccoli and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 3 minutes, while stirring twice in between.
  5. Serve immediately.

I often make this dish for quick healthy dinner served over plain rice. Baby corn and broccoli makes wonderful combination, cooks in no time in microwave.
