I often make this recipe when i am bored of making dinner...its easy and delicious...and yes..Nutritious too!!!
Chick peas, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions tossed in a mint dressing. High in protein and very healthy. Soaked chick peas goes well with anything and absorbs all dressings.
