A very quick recipe!!! Just put everything in the cooker and its done in almost 10 minutes. Methi being used gives an different taste.. Best for working ladies...

This Corm Methi Pulao is a great one meal dish to be enjoyed with a bowl of curds...this pressure cooker recipe is made within minutes....Worth a try!

A good one dish meal which includes green leafy vegetable too. Instead of fresh curds, I served it with Dahiwali Phudina Chutney which is again a Tarla Dalal Chutney. Tx mam.

This is a dish with a delicate flavour that pleases the taste buds with gentle sweetness. The Corn and Methi partner very well to give this simple dish a delicious aroma and taste. This recipe became an instant hit with my family and friends. I love it because it's so ridiculously easy to stir up and serve. I tried powdering the pepper and sprinkling it on top of the dish and it worked equally well. I gave this a perfect 5/5 because my friends and family have made repeated demands for this dish.
