Hello! Can we use cocoa powder instead of melted chocolate? If yes, in what proportion?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Melted chocolate will give you the gooey texture required for brownie. cocoa powder will make the mixture little dry. If using cocoa powder, use approx 2 tbsp of cocoa in the curd mixture.
