Hi, mam can I bake the cake only on microwave mode no need of convection or preheating

Please follow them exact for a nice cake. We do not recommend to microwave cakes if oven is not available reason being both the temperatures and measurement to make and bake the cake are different. Tarla Dalal    Preferably consume the cake in 2 days as later it tends to get dry. Or can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for upto 3 days.
