Hi .. what''s the mode you set in oven. I have tried baking in convection and also micro convection MODE.. but always the upper thick khakra sort of crust comes which disappoint me. I want to know what mode you use in oven for good baking

I tried the recipe as per the above ingredients and method, but it turned out to be chocolate lava cake instead of brownie. Can u suggest where i could have been wrong?
