Can I make these pancakes without the uttapa mould as I don’t have one. If yes, how?

Tarla Dalal    Yes you can make these pancakes on a dosa tava. You can choose the size of the pancake too then.

These pancakes are very easy and quick to make, I make this often for breakfast and serve with green chutney or coconut chutney
