dear sir/ madam, I tried making Puri''s as instructed in video but unfortunately after a while it automatically soft instead of getting crunchy after a while means within a span 5 mins. may I know what will be the reason?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Falguni, fry them on a medium flame till the sizzle stops from both the sides of puri, then only Puri remain hard after it is cooled completely
