I have not tried this recipe as yet, what I read here just now makes me quite interested. I have made naan without yeast on a non stick pan and and this will be the first time I am going to try and make naan with yeast in a Pressure Cooker. Thanks for the recipe.

Sounds great.... what does it mean to heat the PRESSURE cooker upside down? Mine has the 6 QT insert sleeve... won''t that fallout if I turn the cooker upside down? Sorry for the silly question.

LaVerne Jones Fubara    They probably mean turn the LID upside down. basically allowing the heat to stay in the pot but not using the steam or the pressure feature of the cooker.

Tarla Dalal    Thank you Nick for your review As the pressure cooker has been greased with oil, the naan will stick to it and not fall out so do not worry.... Do try it and let us know how it turned out.. Happy Cooking !!

Nicolas S.    Thank you for your quick response. I have an electric pressure cooker and there is a removable sleeve that I add the food to. Am I to remove that an cool direct on the side cooking surface of the PRESSURE COOKER? Thanks for clarifying.

Works great in the pressure cooker and easy to do as most Indian houses have pressure cookers.
