there is a lot of debates going on consuming raw soya beans/flour/chunks saying its not safe as it have toxins which might cause digestive problems. So soya should me soaked in water and cooked. what are your insights?

Tarla Dalal    There are differing views on use of soya. You can stay steer of this recipe and instead use tofu.

Tarla Dalal    Mixing soya chunks powder with water might not yield a uniformly mixed drink. Moreover soya chunks powder might keep on soaking water within short span of time. Would not suggest this option.

Tarla Dalal    Soya chunks are already processed. So you can eat them raw with milk if you like the taste.
