I made this for my Gujarati boyfriend and his roommate and it was delicious! I was not sure how long to cook it and he said that back home his mom makes it very crispy, so we did that and it was very yummy!! I also made a homemade green chutney and it was perfect! Thank you Tarla ji for such a good recipe!!!

Just made this for lunch it was easy yet tasty healthy lunch and served it with chaas ( buttermilk ) yummm thanks for the idea

Green moong handvo, a protein packed recipe with loads of vegetable, and perfect spices added to it. The nutty flavour of the sesame, makes the handvo very tasty. I loved the recipe.
