The combination of spinach, paneer and mayo is awesome. The best part is once the spinach is blanched, there is no other cooking. The recipe gets ready in minutes. Toasted bread topped with this stuffing is delectable. Paneer and spinach is a really nice combo..

Very healthy and cheesy recipe. Easy to make as well. Good way of making kids consume spinach.
