CB - Easy recipe but the green chilli kills the taste of the spinach in my opinion. Plain salt and pepper would have been perfect.

A perfect cream of spinach soup. Easy and quick to make. very rich and smooth in taste I served this soup, with garlic bread for my guest, and they loved it.

Its a beautiful, rich, green soup! Very pleasing on a cold winter night! The bread croutons go well with it.
