tried out this recipe. turned out to be a bit raw and bland though

Tarla Dalal    As the sandwich is grilled it shouldn’t taste raw, but if you yet wish you can sauté all the veggies and then make a grilled sandwich. You can always add extra chillies if you find it bland.
