Hi Tarla hi, I have tried making this recipe 3 times but every single time it is not completely crispy. The inside of the stick is not crunchy. I have even tried to cook it longer but it still doesn’t work and the bottom side on the tray gets over cooked. Please help.

Tarla Dalal Hi Akansha, Bread stick should be rolled very well that is very important, the oven should be pre heated well and then baked and do not forget to line the tray with buter paper. Or you can also bake at 180 and see as each oven is very different...

Hi Tarlaji, today tried whole wheat bread sticks..I added 1/4 th cup jowar flour and 1/4 th cup oats flour to 1/2 cup whole wheat flour.It turned out perfect...superb receipe also tried cheese sticks...wonderful..reminded me of cheeseling biscuits...Thanks a lot..I am looking forward to try more receipes.

Whole wheat bread sticks.. Wow.. this recipe is easy to make.. i have made this in bulk, and have stored it.. it is nice and crispy in taste.. goes well with soups and salads..
