hi.. I don''t have waffle iron.. I have waffle mould and oven.. can you please tell me how to bake it in oven? and if the recipe calls for maida can I replace it with whole wheat flour?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, You can cook this in a grilled sandwich maker...try replacing plain flour with whole wheat flour and see...
