Fried cauliflower cooked in a ginger garlic sauce and spiced with schezuan sauce. Cauliflowers taste yum.

A perfect starter for parties! all those who like chinese should not miss on this recipe. cauliflower tastes great in schezuan sauce. i also tried adding fried paneer and fried baby corn (dipped in batter) along with cauliflower it came out nice.
