About Me
I am a graduate student completed Dual Degree (BTech & MTech) course in Biotechnology at School of Biotechnology, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. Currently I am working as a JRF(Junior Research Fellow).
I am very creative person when it comes to food. For me flavors matter more than the presentation(Not all the time).
Cooking inspiration comes from my mother. I have seen my mom cooking for my family and managing time for us. Cooking 4 meals a day, 7 days a week, no one can manage time like mothers can do.
I started cooking from my hostel days. Every one loved what i cook for them. Then and there I came to know I have a passion for cooking.
I have tried to understand biochemistry of flavors to activate every taste bud.
My Favourite Restaurant
1.Restaurant- MainLand China
Location- Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Favourite Dish- Chicken Taipei, Steamed Mushroom Rice, Assorted vegetables Dimsum platter, Chicken in spicy Hunan sauce.
2. I visited to Delhi for my project dissertation. I love the food there specially momos

Location- Kamla Nagar Market, New Delhi
Favorite Dish- Masala Chicken Momo(a must try), Tandoori Momo.
My Favourite Cuisine
My favorite cuisine is Indian and Chinese. But love to cook and eat food served to me of any cuisine.

Steamed rice with ghee, Odiya style dalma, and saaga bhaja(Laal saag).
