I am from mumbai , staying in dubai, mum to 4 year son Hrishul.., and a working professional.

Of course like all mom's , I love my Son the most and wish I could please him with my home cooked food but many times i am dissapointed..:(

Just before the Morning alarm rings i am already half awake and thinking in my mind what to make for his tiffin and lunch. To satisfy my son's taste buds is more difficult than achieving sales targets given by my boss!..

My husband is quite a foodie himself. If he is QUIETLY EATING a new dish made by me, its a Signal that he liked. Weird nah! He says.. if its good and i am eating so what is there to say more. Otherwise he will try his diplomatic best way to tell me what is missing in the dish , so i know he has not liked!. Funny!..

Undoubtedly , Burdubai is mecca of good indian food away from our homeland. So when we miss mumbai, we head to Burdubai.. We specially like to eat at Malvani Non veg restaurant - Mirch masala. Mumbai/Delhi chat is available at many spots. The famous Lucky ( Bandra wala) also good option for Biryani.

Other than Burdubai, AL ghurair centre has 'Chhappan Bhog" again great for All types of Delhi/Mumbai Chats, pav bhaji, Chole Bature, Parathas etc..

Being in Dubai has given us opportunity to try cuisines from different countries Like Arabic, Iranian, Morrocon, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, But Yet My Fav still remains Indian Food which is the most fulfilling of all.

Nothing more satisfying than a Sunday Special Home made Chicken Rassa or Malwan Style Fish or Prawns Curry.
