I AM A LECTURER IN A MANAGEMENT COLLEGE IN MANGALORE.COOKING WAS NOT OF GREAT INTEREST TO ME TILL MY FOOD LOVING SON WAS BORN. HIS LIKING TOWARDS DIFFERENT KINDS OF FOOD AND CRAVING FOR VARIETY MADE ME LOG ON TO THE INTERNET SEARCHING FOR NEW RECIPES WITH SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. ONCE I FOUND THE TARLA DALAL SITE I DID NOT HAVE TO LOOK FURTHER. ALWAYS LOVED WATCHING HER COOKING SHOW ON TV, (WHICH IS NOT AIRED ANYMORE)8 YEARS BACK. THANKS TO ALL FOODIES I KNOW A VARIETY OF DISHES TO COOK AND SERVE MY SON.
