my facsination about cooking is how a little thing, a method of cooking or ingrediant change ur antire recipe. when i started to learn cooking from my mother, i made a lot of dishes which were turn into disaster.

but as i got more n more experiance in it, i learn that it need a passion, a correct ingrediant and fondness to cook a terrific dish.

beside cooking i like to read a lots of books,to draw or paint and taking pictures from my cell.

indian road side dhabas or small restourants with hygiene conditions are the best place to eat indian food and to know indian culture.

all the food have a special taste if u r hungry, but my favourate is indian food, specially south indian and gujarati.
