Preparation Time:    Baking Time:  10 minutes   Baking Temperature:  150° C (300° F)   Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 toasts

Method
  1. Combine the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chillies, coriander, butter and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide into 5 equal portions.
  3. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast and bake in a pre-heated at 150° c (300° f) for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.

The recipe is very easy to make with limited ingredients. Looks very colourful.Very healthy and light to eat. Loaded with vitamin A and goodness of paneer. A must try.
