The thai smoothie is a drink with an oriental touch. Chilled coconut milk gets a very flavourful boost with cardamom, our everyday indian spice! when mangoes are in season, feel free to use them instead of canned mango pulp.
Recipe Description for Thai Smoothie, Mango, Curd and Coconut Milk Smoothie
- Combine the coconut milk, mango pulp, curds, sugar and cardamom powder and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
