These tartlets are very easy and quick to make. . . You can use any filling of your choice. . . .
- Remove the crust from the bread slices.
- Roll each slice with a rolling pin.
- Press the rolled slices into the cavities of a muffin tray that is lightly greased with butter.
- Brush with the remaining melted butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 230°c (460°f) for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Keep aside.
