Main Ingredients
18 nice biscuit
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups beaten whipped cream
1 cup sliced strawberries
For The Garnish
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Method
- To make it more presentable, it is good to assemble this recipe in individual cups.
- Dip 6 biscuits in the orange juice, remove immediately and arrange them on a serving plate. Spread ½ cup of beaten whipped cream over the biscuits and then arrange ½ cup of strawberries evenly on top.
- Follow step 1 to make one more layer over it.
- Again place 6 biscuits dipped in orange juice and immediately spread them evenly over the second layer.
- Finally top it with the remaining ½ cup of beaten whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or till firm.
- Just before serving, garnish with strawberries.
- Serve chilled.

It is actually what the name says.. Quick strawberry delight! It is so easy that anyone can make.. the taste of strawberry and cream with little taste of orange biscuits, makes a delightful desert.. This mini cake is that one desert without chocolate which everyone would love...

This is one of your oldest receipt. As it goes, old is gold. It''s my favorite and easiest recipe I can make when I am having last minute guest.
